Welcome to CareWorld Referral Services (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
CareWorld Referral Services connects clients with qualified caregivers to provide in-home care for the elderly. Our services include:
Matching clients with suitable caregivers
Facilitating the arrangement and scheduling of care services
Providing ongoing support and monitoring to ensure quality care
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Treat caregivers and our staff with respect and dignity
Communicate any changes in care needs or schedules promptly
3. Caregiver Responsibilities
Caregivers referred through our service are responsible for:
Providing compassionate, professional care to clients
Adhering to agreed-upon care plans and schedules
Maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients’ privacy
Reporting any issues or concerns to CareWorld Referral Services promptly
4. Payment and Fees
Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with the caregiving services provided.
Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between the client and CareWorld Referral Services.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection and usage practices, is incorporated into these Terms and Services by reference.
Caregivers and clients must respect each other’s confidentiality and privacy at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
CareWorld Referral Services acts as a referral service and does not employ caregivers directly. While we strive to match clients with qualified caregivers, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of caregivers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareWorld Referral Services will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the agreement.
CareWorld Referral Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if there is a breach of these Terms and Services or if the safety and well-being of clients or caregivers are at risk.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Services will be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration as specified in the service agreement.
9. Changes to Terms and Services
We may update these Terms and Services from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms and Services on our website and updating the effective date.
Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country where CareWorld Referral Services is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
